Paso a paso en la Insuficiencia Renal / Step by Step in Kidney failure

Después de revisar mi Blog he llegado a la conclusión de que en realidad es un poco una mezcla de todo.

Hasta la fecha mi blog tenía un único propósito, juntar mis escritos en un mismo sitio. Aproveché también para colgar algunas de mis fotos favoritas y después lo he tenido algo avandonado.

Hoy mi blog cambia de nombre y con ello de funcionalidad. El motivo no es otro mas que mi enfermedad renal. He vivido con ella desde bien jovencita y la verdad es que se fue manteniendo a lo largo del tiempo, llegando a soportar hasta dos embarazos y mi propia negativa a la enfermedad. Ahora en pre diálisis mi vida necesariamente entra en una etapa de cambios.

No tengo ni la menor idea de cuánto tiempo quiera aguantar mi cuerpo ni cuándo será el momento en que necesite engancharme a una máquina para sobrevivir. Afortunadamente se por experiencia familiar que se puede sobrellevar.

Mi abuela, mi padre y mi tía fueron grandes ejemplos para mí. Es por eso que mi blog ha dejado de llamarse El Paraiso de Eva para llamarse Paso a Paso... Caminemos pues...



After having a look at this blog I came to the conclusion that it was just a mix of everything.

Up till today my blog was only to keep everything what I ever wrote together in one place. I also added some of my pictures and after a while when I went on working and stopped writing I kind of left it aside.

Today my blog is changing name and with it its functionality. The reason is no other than my kidney illness. I lived with it since I was sixteen and the truth is that during all this years have been quiet stable allowing me even to have two children. I am now in pre dialysis and my live will necessarily go into a period of changes and adjustments.

I have no idea how long my body will hold it or when will it be the right time to go into dialysis and needing a machine to stay alive. Fortunately I know by my family’s experience that you really can live with it if you want.

My grandmother, my father and my aunt have been excellent examples to me of people that really enjoyed live and wanted to live as long as possible. That is the reason why my blog is not called any more: Eva’s Paradise and has now a new name: Step by Step...
